Santo Domingo – The students of the Advanced Pastry and Confectionery Diploma Program of Universidad Domínico Americano presented delicate pastry elaborations at the closing of this program, which consisted in the preparation of desserts and breads in which they put into practice everything they learned during the classes.

During the presentation of the final project, the participants had the opportunity to show their creations which were characterized by the well cared aesthetics of each of the dishes presented, where color, flavor and exquisite presentation were the highlights of the event.

This program is designed for all those people who love good cuisine and enthusiasts interested in acquiring advanced knowledge in pastry and confectionery.
