On March 2, 2023, an agreement was signed between our university and the National Aquarium with the objective of developing joint projects that contribute to sustainability in our country.

This agreement was signed by the UNICDA’s Chancellor, Mr. Ramon Sosa and Mrs. Wanda Garcia, National Aquarium’s Director. Both expressed their interest in establishing alliances for the benefit of UNICDA’s sustainability principle.

Our university, through the area of Tourism and Hotel Business Administration and its Continuing Education unit, will offer training activities for students of the university and collaborators of both institutions, in order to develop competencies and soft skills, thus ensuring that participants acquire and update knowledge on an ongoing basis. This new alliance will also enable both parties to carry out joint research and social outreach work.

The event was attended by administrative personnel from both institutions. We are honored to work with the National Aquarium and to be able to contribute to the development of a more sustainable future together.
